Return Process

  Log into your KALKI account and visit the 'Order History' section to submit a return or exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.

  Quality Approval

  Our customer care team will review your request and images of the product to ensure it remains in its original, unworn condition with all tags intact.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once approved, we will coordinate a reverse pickup from your registered address via our trusted logistics partners at a convenient time.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After a successful quality check at our warehouse, your refund will be processed as store credit or credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
